A typical Cold Forging Press consists of a sturdy structure that houses the hydraulic system, reservoir, control panel, platform, piston or ram, and is capable of handling multiple loads. They are classified according to the press's structure or the application for which it was designed.

Our range of Hydraulic Forging Press for closed die and open die forging are available in various sizes and up to 2000 Tons capacities. The machines are robust and use high-end hydraulic systems to achieve extremely fast speeds of operation. The high-end hydraulics using cartridge valves also increase their reliability and reduce maintenance downtimes and costs. Ejectors are also provide to eject the components after forging. The machines are working satisfactorily in various forging plants all over India for many years.
